Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Having experience as Marketing Communication Staff minimum 1 year
• Having experience handling social media (Content & Copy writing)
• Skilled in photography, videography & basic editing
• Having basic design skills
• Able to maintain relationships with external.
• Having experience in property and know about Real estate appraisal will be a point plus
• Creative, Easy going, and flexible

Job Descriptions:

• Day to day & end to end marketing communication activities, from ideation, plan, and execution
• Responsible for make a Concept and Campaign for Social Media
• Responsible for make budget for Event and Campaign online & offline
• Make reports to internal, external & related parties
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
